Return & Refund Policy

No Returns on Food & Beverage Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on any food or beverage items.


Return Policy for Other Items
We offer a 7-day return window for all eligible products. You must request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Returns are only accepted in the case of:

  • Wrong item shipped

  • Damaged or defective product

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In its original condition (unworn or unused)

  • With tags and in original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase


How to Start a Return

If your request is approved, we will provide:

  • A return shipping label

  • Instructions on how and where to send your package

Note: Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food or drinks)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Sale items or gift cards

If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, please reach out before placing a return request.


Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To get a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order separately.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to post the refund.
